The following DVD comes from International Master Herman Grooten who has over 35 years' experience as a professional chess trainer, with many famous pupils as GM Loek Van Wely,GM Benjamin Bok, GM Robin Swinkels etc. He wrote several books.
On this DVD Herman Grooten discusses and explains the so-called “hedgehog system” .
Which is characterised by at least four black pawns on the sixth rank which we call the soul of the hedgehog.
Another essential aspect is that the exchange of a black c-pawn for a white d-pawn (as in the Sicilian) creates a position in which, partly due to c2-c4, a large space advantage is obtained by White.
But as we can learn from Master Herman Grooten is the way how to strike back.
Interesting to mention is the Marozcy Bind in relationship to the Hedgehog.

The great Grandmaster Dorian Rogozenko covers and explains in detail the famous Sveshnikov Variation,all in a full coverage of 5 hours and 19 minutes in English.
In older books you can find the name of this opening as Lasker – Pelikan Variation.
The course is based on 12 parts, where  each of them have a video introduction plus a database.
In the video introduction the author explains some historical background of the variation, its strategic ideas, and gives clear recommendations for Black. The Queen's Indian defense is in fact still a very respectable opening, even though it did get a reputational hit during the AlphaZero hype. I felt this was an excellent practical decision and was certain that now White is free rolling, thanks to the bishop pair and flexible pawn structure on the queenside.
